Amazing class, had sciatica flare that reduced my pain significantly after just one class. Terry was outstanding and class members very welcoming and fun to be with.

Terry and her fellow yoga instructors are wonderful. One couldn't ask for a better studio. Both beginners and advanced students are welcomed in the classes. They pay attention to what their students are doing and will make gentle and quiet adjustments if needed. It's the best type of yoga ever - your body and your mind will thank you.

Wonderful teachers, wonderful classes. The teachers are very welcoming and professional, present and helpful. They have many hours of professional yoga teacher training. You can expect the best from them.

I attended a class led by Lisa Holmes. It was excellent instruction! She introduced us to yoga poses where I could feel the stress leaving my body. I loved the environment she created, use of blankets, and appreciated when she offered to assist and said ‘Let me do the work’ to demonstrate how precise a pose could be. I was in Rehoboth on vacation and will definitely return for a repeat class. Thank you Lisa!! So grateful for this time shared with your students. Namaste!

I was in Rehoboth for vacation and found classes to be available and the studio to be the perfect peaceful environment. My instructor Lisa was gentle and patient as she carefully guided us to proper form and posture. I even took a few of her poses home for an evening ritual. I highly recommend this studio (and Lisa)!
